Founders Luis and Lupita Preciado made the bold decision to leave their corporate careers and pursue their dream of building a company together. Combining Luis's 14 years of industry expertise with Lupita's strong background in business administration, they established Plex Integrated System Solutions with a commitment to providing exceptional service and building lasting customer relationships.

In the early days, the company hired its first technician, Andy Grzymala. Together, Luis and Andy worked tirelessly in the field, delivering quality workmanship and exceptional customer service, while Lupita focused on building the company's operational foundation. From developing business processes and administrative systems to supporting day-to-day operations, her efforts created the infrastructure that enabled the company to grow into the organization it is today.
